i use no weights what so ever and i do it just like the people int the video lol, it is just my thighs that are in so much pain so i know its normal, but i cant take it lol

I would say yes, i understand it says 1-2 lbs per week, but if you are eating right and working out and losing more that can't be bad as long as you are not starving yourself.

Anything I eat over I am planning on working off, I will probably be exhausted later lol.

mine is always, my chest, shoulders and collar bone, it stinks, but i guess im still happy i am still losing. :)

I am going through what seems to be a break-up right now... with a non- *kitten* just not my type of guy smh, and i used alcohol instead of food. Just as bad i need help lol

I weigh myself every Thursday, I know my weight fluctuates to much day by day. I do it 1st thing in the morning. :)

I would say if you are not hungry don't eat, it sounds like you eat pretty healthy, If your full go with what your body tells you.

it is a negative yes, but i don't think that is effecting me being hungry after i eat.
