yo-yo dieting
I am having a really hard time sticking with portions and calories this time. I am mainly a meat and cheese type of person so that may be why. I know I want to lose weight, but for some reason I cannot stick with it. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can stick with it>

Bowflex

I am curious, I am trying to lose another 11 pound by June 24th, would it maximize my weight loss if i did more cardio, or if I eat less? which is better?

30 day challanges
Has anyone had results doing the 30 day challenges, I am going to do the 30 arm, squats, and abs challenges and just want to make sure the pain is worth the gain lol

I am trying to incorporate some strength training, I know muscles help burn fat, but after I do squats I am in pain for 3 days... Can barely get up pain.. Is there anyway to ease the pain?

I just started doing this daily burn, it's fun, but it said i burnt 316, I am not sure if that is possible for a workout in a half an hour? anyone have any suggestions?

Other than cardio
HI, I do cardio often and am seeing results, but my question is how to amplify this and see inches removed. I know people do strength training can anyone tell me how to do it at home, without a gym and weights or is it not possible?

Vegetables
I hate vegetables, but I want to love them. I eat corn and carrots and lettuce anything else I do not eat. Does anyone have any suggestions how I can ease in to vegetable loving or the best tasting kinds?

Loose skin
I am so scared to keep working out and lose the curves I hate and replace it with loose skin. I don't mind stretch marks they symbolize my 1 child, bbut the skin is freaking me out, does anyone have any ideas besides surgery.

How do i start jogging
Dumb question i know, but i have been walking for about 2-3 miles per day, everytime i go to try and jog i get a leg cramp or it burns in the front of my ankle, am i doing something wrong.. ?

having trouble curbing my appetite
I eat a normal size plate with smaller portions, but it looks like a ton of food, unfortunately i am still hungry. How long will it take for this to change does anyone know, I don't think walking around hungry will help...

Not sure how to get started
I am a 26 year old mother of 3 and I work full time from home, so i sit at a desk all day, I weigh the most I have ever weighed in my like. I want to lose 50 lbs by 6/24, does anyone know if this is realistic and any healthy steps i can take to get there?
