I eat everything I want, but in moderation. Cut the piece of pizza in half and fit in in your calories. I truly love food, so I try my best to make it work. If I see a cookie for 320 calories(i literally did at the grocery store) I choose a different cookie with less calories. It is a this or that, what else can I eat…

I am having the same issue. When I make it a competition it is easier for me to stick with it. Also I try not to cut out any foods, but just limit the amount I eat. Drinking a lot of water helps to, a lot of times the beverages we consume add a lot more calories than we think.

I weigh myself every Sunday in the morning before I eat anything. I think if I weighed myself everyday the fluctuations would make me insane.

To fit into all of my old clothes, I have a massive amount of jeans that I cannot fit into. I also can't wait to be able to take my kids swimming and not be embarrassed about my weight.

I think everyone is right it is usually haters that just try and bring you down because you did something about your weight. I am actually the same height working for the same goal and I think you are an inspiration.

Im 5'4 started in March at 185 and I am down to 154, i still have 20 pounds to go, hopefully soon :)

That's what happened to me, i got weighed for life insurance and it put me in obese mode... broke my heart, but you on here trying to lost that's awesome:)

I use my wii fit board to weigh myself, it makes fireworks every time I hit a small goal so it's fun. I bought a scale for 5 dollars, it sucks i mean really bad lol so i would stick with that. Also it is no one's business about you money, I would use the wii fit board, oh and I also use a a measuring tape to measure…
