I'd love to hear the answers to this as well. Sometimes I feel like I am going to have one while I am doing Zumba or on the treadmill. I push through it but it seems to make working out difficult. The only time I really don't if if I go for a walk.

Absolutely! I go through that time to time. I still go to large and extra large but I always end up in a medium. I go straight to 12's/15's but I can fit an 8/11. I just don't see myself that small. You're not alone in this.
