"I'll start Monday...." well here I am

I've said that a billion and half times. I'm new to the online world. 39 and haven't cared enough to go online. BUT, if I need motivation, I can see that there is a large base out there so I'm willing to jump in. I lost 100 pounds 5 years ago and put 70 pounds back on since going on pain meds. I've been pain med free for 16 months. I became a slug when on the meds. I want my old life back....and my fun clothes. My 40th birthday is coming up and I'd love to lose 20 by then. I can do it right?

You can do it, won't be an issue.
Train hard, eat less that is basic rule of thumb...
Oh and the whole I'll start on Monday thing? No... just no... When you decide on change, do it then and there, don't give time so you can make excuses. Boom, start when you get the urge of change.
Me? Almost a week coffee and mostly... caffeine free, did I say Monday? Nope... hated the taste in my mouth after a lot, woke up and decided I don't want the taste anymore, so stopped drinking coffee that very day when I woke up and decided.
You can do it, you can, it's not as bad as you think, if you think you can't last a week, then don't, last a few days if that is better, then when few days are finished, last another segment of those days and carry on like that rather than measuring weekly.0 -
You can do it...there are lots of us that are doing it right now. Me personally I started going to the gym on a Wednesday...but how often can you join something on February 29th?...obvious answer aside. Feel free to add as friend if you want more encouragement.0
