Wow, thanks everyone for the motivation and kind words. I'm truly touched. Just an interesting tidbit, the before picture are circa 2011 when I was 29. I am now 33, but I definitely feel better than I did when I was 29.

Spam is okay. I have some too if I'm ever in a pinch and can't buy groceries. Vienna sausages seem a bit less okay to me as they aren't as good at fitting in the macros...but I don't have a can in front of me so I can say for sure.

Okay. I have a correction to make in what I said at the start of my post. I said I had lost 22.75 inches. After taking measurements today and triple checking, I have in fact lost 32.4 inches total! I think the 22.75 was leaving out my chest measurements on accident.. sorry for the misinformation.

I am on keto diet and eat 20 net carbs a day. I also eat veggies every day. I just subtract fiber. I wash everything before I eat it...lol.
