    I answered this back in March and was a sperm whale's brain. I'm happy to say I'm up to a mid-size microwave!!!

    I have since July 1, 2011, I have lost the equivalent weight of two bloodhounds... I have been able to maintained my weight at between 175 to 180 lbs...

    In a little less than 3 months I've lost about 40 pounds = a 5-gallon bottle of water or an average human leg

    I'm very happy.
