      A human skin - I wouldn't mind losing a house cat, though.
      Apparently to be getting to what is considered a healthy weight for my height I want to lose something around the region of a small bale of hale, which also happens to be the weight of my 4 year old daughter. That is kind of mind boggling to think as she's really heavy if I try to carry her in arms for any length of time, yet I'm carrying that extra all the time!
