I've lost a cinder block. It's amazing how much easier I can walk, run, jump without that dang thing!!! What about you? Where are you at today, where do you want to be???


1 pound = a Guinea Pig
1.5 pounds = a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts
2 pounds = a rack of baby back ribs
3 pounds = an average human brain
4 pounds = an ostrich egg
5 pounds = a Chihuahua

    I'm up to a two month old horse and a human skin. Been tempted ever since I read this list to shoot for the average fashion model, but I might have to gain a pound or two back if I do it, not sure!

    ive lost an ostrich egg since i started my "real" diet 3 weeks ago, and the yearly consumption of american cheese since i started MFP in october-ish.

    since I have been on here I have lost more then a Elephants hart. Since last March I have lost more then a 5000 BTU air conditioner
