That is a tough one - but maybe work a way to get it within your calorie goals for the day. Maybe work out a little harder to have more wiggle room? Family can be rough when you are the only one who is concentrating on their health. Other than that - just don't go. Or meet up with them afterwards?

Every other day or every third day. I update my MFP weight once a week. I just have a love/hate relationship with the scale. But it's not too bad - I have lost 5 lbs this week!

I'm in Hampton Roads. Just moved to Suffolk -- was in Virginia Beach for 4 years before that (where I grew up). Was in Arlington/Fairfax for college and about 4 years after. LOVE WILLIAMSBURG. I worked there last cycle. Will be there tomorrow.

I do the vanilla greek yogurt with granola. Usually I have some fruit on the side. Such a yummy breakfast!

Is it different if you aren't on metformin and don't have problems with insulin? I have suffered very long periods but have never had any problems with cramps, mood swings or excess facial hair. I agree. I also hate when people tell me how great I look. It just makes me that much more aware of how I used to look. And I still have a long way to go - but I don't know if I will ever be happy.

I used to go on the treadmill for 30 mins then the bike for 30-40 mins then do some weights (alternate between arms, legs and abs) and then I walk a mile. It was great. Now I am able to do the stairmaster for an hour and then weights and then a mile for cool down. I have really upped my burned calories with the stairmaster.

I just listen to all three of Taylor Swift's three cds. Lately though, I have been watching tv on the stairstepper. So I alternate. :)

Good job! I know how it feels being an emotional eater. GUILTY!!! I say do what you want to do and then tomorrow start all over again with the program. Oh and he sucks. You're better off without him and sounds like you know it. You'll find someone wonderful when the time is right!!!
