I have an image that says "I've worked too hard to quit now" for my lock screen. On my back ground I have an image that says "I am just striving to become more than I have ever been". They really inspire me.

Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day. Change your attitude and say tomorrow I will do better and try harder. Weighing myself almost daily helped me keep my eating in check too.

Right now I weigh 181.4. My pants are a 12 & 14 and my shirts are XL. I hate being in between sizes too. It's still better than being in my size 18/20 & XXL clothes. :)

I'm a chocoholic too. We always have some in the candy dish at work for clients but I can't stay out of it. There are many days I have 6 mini candy bars a day. Great job losing 9 pounds. I haven't started excercising yet besides my Zumba class on Sunday nights.
