Lol. I meant that as to say, my body is used to eating small portions. Eating big meals make me full really fast and it cause me to be too full and it hurts.

That maybe what it is... because I carried a lot of my weight in my stomach too and my back.... so maybe when you drop inches your true curves actually show. Idk though... lol maybe I am looking too hard .Thanks for the reply though. I appreciate it

Thank you for your encouraging words. I do overreact sometimes and just wanted some more motivation to continue. Thanks.

Thanks!! :) I wasn't done with today's diary... still have another snack/meal left. I am going to fulfill those... but I have been missing out on 300 calories on some days.. because I am afraid to go over the macros... but I think I am focusing and worrying about the wrong things here. I will get it together soon. :) ty :)…

Thank you so much for the tip. I will do this. Maybe it can keep me on track with my fluid intake.

Thank you for the reply. That's a scary thing to think about it... but also something you HAVE to think about it for the well being of your health. However, I started 164 5'6... don't know if that's over weight for my height. I didn't feel like this before the calorie cutting. So maybe it's me, and maybe I need to start…

Amazing... Good work.

Well the weather is breaking... and I just bought a bike. So I will be doing a lot of bike riding this summer for CARDIO. I'm not a big fan of cardio because I have a short attention span and the treadmill is the most boring thing ever. BUT DANCING is another thing you can do.... that's fun and you can get an hour worth of…

I did just use these 3 as an example.

Thanks for the replies... I am not trying to seem dingy or too anxious. However, I am just new to all of this... and just want to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong because I do not have a trainer... and browsing the net all day just confuses me because people say different things.... the only reason why I am asking…

Thank you so much for your input! I was just worried. TY

Thank you so much for the input... I am so used to eating after hours... I've let go of the junk food and soda so I am probably withdrawing.

@editorgrrl I thank you for your answer... However, I was told by a trainer that 2lbs a week is acceptable and doable... Therefore, I wasn't going to try to aim at the 2lbs, just at least a pound a week. If I was to lose 2lbs a week for 6 months... that would be 40 pounds right?

Thank you so much for the info... and I just made my diary open to the public.
