Thank you so much everyone. I got a wii and an xbox kinect so Im hoping those will help. Really the workout part isnt the hardest part. I eat when I get bored. I know.....BAD!

If you do small crunches while standing does that give the same results? Cause me and regular crunches dont get along.:ohwell:

I went over my calories today. And Im so mad at myself. So I have made myself work out for almost two hours tonight. I think I so put an overload on myself, but Im just so upset at myself. Just needed to get that out.:explode: :sick:

i dont have the bodybugg but i did get the workout video that comes with a bodybugg ad and a 30 days of fitness certificate.

I didnt really understand that either. Im just waiting to add my workouts until the end of the day, and sticking to the calories it says. :smile:

thank you, i needed that. This is a lot harder when your trying to do it at home alone. No one to say no you dont want to eat that. Im sure it only gets worse.:ohwell:

I am trying my best to stick to my diet, but I am an emotional eater so its a big problem for me. Im trying my best but I keep feeling the urge to eat.:brokenheart:

i have tried diets in the past to lose the pounds but always fail. But its the start of a new year and Im ready to try again and get in to shape. I need all the help I can get. If anyone has any helpful tips I would appriciate them. :ohwell:
