I listen to a lot of rock music, a lot of Shinedown, Three Days Grace, 3 Doors Down, Bush, Five Finger Death Punch, Linkin Park, Trapt and Breaking Benjamin. Then at a certain small gym I go to we only listen to classic rock. And when I am in a silly mood I listen to Showtunes because I like theater.

Every time I get hungry I have a glass of water to make sure that I am not thirsty. Your brain likes to play games with you and make you think your hungry when you are thirsty and you keep eating when in reality you are thirsty not hungry. This has helped me a lot.

My friends did not notice I lost weight for about 6 months when I went out and bought new clothing. I lost 60 pounds, and they did not notice. Clothing matters if you are wearing the same clothing I think people will not notice as much because its just a familiarity thing like others have been saying.
