I lost 33 lbs and went from a 16 to an 8 in woman's sizes. It depends on the cloths, I shopped at target and needed a size 12? I don't concentrate on lbs as much as before. I try and buy cloths that I look good in. Good luck keep going:-) Mary Ann

I don't know but with my flex I changed to dominant arm and my numbers went down alot for steps. Not sure why. I struggle to reach 10000 usually between 6-8900 . I run ,do karate , taking the stairs instead of elevator ...it is curious I must say. Good luck and keep on going:-)

I work on a Cardiovascular floor so heart attacks,strokes , CHF, love it busy place for a small hospital. I am leaving tomorrow for a 8 day mission trip to Cuba so I won't be on for a little while.Have an awesome week everyone:-)

Hi all I would like to join this group.I am 58 yo RN. I have lost 34 lbs in 1 yr and 2 months. I am down to a size 8 from a 16-18. I continue to set goals for this month: Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Exercise an min of 3x per week Increase my running distance to 8 K. Have fun and enjoy live.:-)

I got my black belt last year in Shorin Ryu . Still practice it at 58 yo. I started running too.

I love the thighs not rubbing although for me just a little lol, I love the slimmer cloths. I love exercising and hope to begin weights toning up building some muscle.

I agree great post. When I was married I weighted 125 and wore a size 10 now 142 and a size 8-10 but mostly 8. I have started running and love it.:-) .Its not all about pounds:-)

I have been logging my food and weights weekly since last December. I am in a healthy bmi 22.3. I run 2 x week and take karate 2x week . Maybe increase my protein?

I am 58 do karate 2x week, and run 5K 2 times a week eating 1200-1300 cal and I am now a size 8 w/o weight loss. Hard to fit gym in when I work 3 12 hr shifts, raising 4 yo any ideas?

I love the C25K program now on C210K. Ran my first 5K on Thanksgiving at 40.21 not unhappy as my goal was under 45 and now I can beat it and be in the 30's for time. :-)

I struggled with eating my food at Thankgiving..I ate it in moderation. I still gained 2 lbs and then dropped them right away when I got back on eating right. My motivation this week is a NSV I am in a size 8 now:-) !!!! I started on my quest to lose weight 12/13 and was about to go into an 18....soooo waaahoo we can do…
