Have you adjusted your calories for the drop in weight? Also you might just be stalling out. Mine stopped for like 3 weeks and then dropped 5lb overnight.

I noticed I poop significantly less now, but that's because there's significantly less for me to turn into poop.

Honestly, just go for it. Going off track for one meal won't ruin your entire weightloss. I've had two work meals involving A LOT of food and boozing this month, but got back on the wagon the days after and still lost.

Programs like Stronglifts or Starting Strength can be found online. They don't require a personal trainer, they just tell you what to do.

Just as a general heads up, I've been weighing myself daily for the past month or so. I've been up and down as much as 4lb or as little as 0.1lb day to day. Fluctuations will happen.

I just do. I make a joke of it occasionally "Oh man, you guys are sorted in a zombie apocalypse, I'm definitely getting pulled down first", but most of the time I know they're my friends because of other stuff than my appearance. The weight gain tends to come from increased appetite or water weight. Track your intake for a while when you start taking them to see if you've started eating more.

Yeah, I weighed myself weekly for the first few months, so I already knew what I was doing would work. Now that I've moved to daily, I'm okay when it fluctuates because I know it'll go down eventually. And the difference is, I catch it when it goes down. E.g. Dropped 1lb from Friday to Saturday. I weigh daily, and fluctuations haven't affected me. I think it's because I weighed weekly for the first couple of months, so I knew what I was doing would work. I just had to keep doing. Now it's just interesting to see my weight jump about, and input it into weightgrapher.

I want to get down about 15lb or so. Preferably beyond that, but I'd like to be at a clean 260 for the new year.

Unless you were eating like 15k calories a day, it's very unlikely you gained it all back :stuck_out_tongue: Get back on track this week and you're likely to see a lot of it's water retention. I lost 10lb in a week after coming back from a holiday.

I used to not, it does now. Before I'd internalise it, and just get angry at other people and continue to loathe myself. Now it's like "Well, there might be a reason they say it" and examine my own flaws and see how I can improve.

Related to this, the amount of muscle you can build in a short amount of time vs the amount of fat you can lose doesn't really add up. You aren't gonna be gaining 2lb of muscle per week.

Just read about the 6.0.2 patch. Apparently they're removing hit and expertise and replacing it with crit. Don't know if my fury warrior has ever been happier.

Don't have even close to the upload for streaming, and I'm not really good enough at any games. I tend to just watch who's near the top on the games I like. Wingsofdeath, towelliee, theoddone, some people in the Football manager section. Oh, and Riotgames cos WORLDS IS ON AWYUSSS.
