I will do good for a while being accountable to someone else but then I start hiding what I am eating and not logging every thing because I don't want to disappoint the person I am accountable to.

If you are filling out the goal section of mfp I would pick Lightly Active. Because the next question asks about your workouts and you can add your gym time there. Hope this helps

I am not training for anything. I just enjoy running as my cardio. Right now I do 1.5 miles a day. But I am only on day 2.

I have gained all my weight back and then some. I just watched the scale creep up and up and up. Now I have to learn how to start over and keep going. Food is the hardest for me.
