Favorite foods you forgot you liked
I have a few foods that I have stopped eating like poptarts, bagels, and chocolatey cereal. I don't tell myself I can't have it, I just don't buy them. My very first NSV
This is my first NSV this go around. ( in the past I haven't really paid attention to them) I was able to jog the entire 1..5 mile route that I frequently use. Normally I jog one or two blocks then walk one or two. It was slow going but I plan to get faster.

Which is better for toning? More time and lower resistance or less time but higher resistance.

Resistance vs time
I just bought an elliptical and I am trying to figure out what is going to help me tone the best. Higher resistences for less time (because I can't breath after a little while :) or longer time with a lower resistance.

What I ate today
How long does it take the food I eat today to manifest itself in my weight? I don't want to keep getting excited that I am down half a pound the day after eating an extra large meal if it is going to show up later on in the week.

The munchies at work
I seem to get the munchies in the afternoon at work, especially on a really slow day. I usually eat a few servings of Goldfish crackers or some kind of cereal like kix or life. What are some suggestions for healthier foods that I can eat alot of?
