Is that really motivating or just depressing. Because I found the cutest dress but i can't fit into it yet.

    I think it depends on how much you have to lose to get into it. If it's like five to ten pounds then... maybe. I personally wouldn't do it because I wouldn't want to feel like I'm setting myself up for disappointment.
