What will just dieting do to your weight loss and body. Will you loose muscle?

If you only cut calories then you are going to lose weight- however the weight you lose is going to be a mixture of fat and MUSCLE ... then if you happen to gain some weight back, you are going to gain back FAT.
But...if you include working out your muscles you will become stronger & you probably wont lose them0 -
depends on what shape you are in, and how much you need to lose.
if you are huge, dieting will have a massive impact on your weight. food is the primary reason most people are very overweight.
but if you are in the "normal ranges" the exercise comes into play alot more, but it a combination of diet and regular exercise.
if you are small (like size 10 or under women) exercise and muscles play a big roll in making small changes.0 -
