Whats your next goal to reach?

Mine is hanging on the back of the closet door patiently waiting on me...It makes me smile in the morning as I look at it... Its been 10 years since I have rocked one on the beach... My brand spanking new bikini is my next goal... What's yours?

    This isnt my next goal. But i have some 3/4 size pants waiting patiently for me to shed some pounds. lol. Cant wait til they button(but im currently in a 10)!!! But my next goal is to get into the 140s. I dont care if its 149.9. lol I been in the 150s for a LONG time.

  • I have two goals so which ever comes first. To Jog/run my entire 1.5 mile route and to make it back to wonderland (I am about 7-8 lbs away)

    my next goal is to see the 60's ! seems like ive been struggling this whole month .. im ready to see a new set of numbers... & also the bikini .. i want to look good this summer. hopefully by june i will be able to be comfortable in front of people half naked lol

    After struggling with counting Calories (Eating under my calorie limit) I ballooned up to 250lbs. I was depressed then discovered a new to me diet plan and it's been working wonders.

    My next goal is to reach the 20lbs lost on my scale (my doctors scale says I'm already there). After that my next goal is to get down to 210 lbs and then my next goal is to be under the 200 lbs mark!

    Here's to everyone, may we all make our goals come true!

    50 lbs down and I'm only 3 away.. then 21% body fat. Last time I checked it was 34% and that was 10 lbs ago.

    Mine is to lose fifty pounds by the end of the summer. I am also doing a 5K walk on June 2nd.

    Next goals are:
    - 18.5% BF (was at 22.6%, now at 19.2%)
    - Do a full chin-up (never been able to do one)
    - Do 30 push-ups in a row (was at 2, now at 20)
    - Run a 10K without stopping
    - Run a 5K under 28min.

    My first goal is to get under 200 ibs. Only 23 left out of 38. ;) Hopefully by the time summer ends I'll be good with that goal!

    Lose enough body fat to get to 15%. And, lose my anoying inner thigh fat...which has gotten larger since I have been doing more hard core yoga and dance (thigh measurement has gone up by more than an inch!!). Well actually my muscles are bigger, so it makes my thighs look bigger in general. My jeans fit me everywhere else, except for my thighs now! Not horribly, but enough that I don't feel comfortable in them anymore.

    I have three:
    to hit the 190s (pounds) - just 11 ounces away.......
    to hit the 80s (kilos) - 1.1 kilos away
    to actually get to overweight instead of obese - 4.5 kilos away!!!
