I need accountability partners!

I need to lose weight AGAIN. =/
-
I added too many carbs! I am low carb, so am working to find the perfect balance for my body.
-
Yes.....I'm at 98 lbs lost; that's about 20 less than my profile pic. =)

After my 90+ pound loss, I'm getting a breast lift and small implants (not for size as I'm already a D, just to recreate fullness) in January.
-
I have also made a personal goal to drop 10 from mid-Nov through Jan 1. I know that if I keep my goal centered in my mind, it will happen. The focus keeps me from going off diet. If you do, however, log it and move forward. Really, we all need a Christmas cookie; however, just one. =)

Hi - I had gastric sleeve surgery on August 11 of this year. I lost 60ish pounds pre surgery and have lost 33 post surgery; I have 22 more to get to goal. The surgery is a tool, the work is still very difficult. It isn't a miracle fix-all. Let's be friends. =)

I have donated cheaper items and sold a lot of my high-end brand clothing on Poshmark. I've made a little over $500 in the last two months. Larger/plus size items are hot sellers and it's super easy - you can do it all from your phone. =)

I am 5'4" and I chose it only because that is what I weighed on the day I was married - 25 1/2 years ago. =) It's also a healthy BMI for my height.
-
Congratulations! Great work! Thanks for being an inspiration to others. =)

I had WLS in August and have lost 82 pounds over the last year. Due to my WLS, my caloric intake is smaller than anything suggested by MFP. I average 900 a day.

I can always tell when IT is coming because I crave chocolate like no other. So, I have a piece of chocolate. I log it and move on with my life.

Busy day. Discouraged and trying to pull it together. :|

@JenniferNoll - I had to do the six month wait period and meet with the nutritionist monthly. I've lost 72 pounds in the last year; 16 since the surgery on 8/11. Thank you for the compliment; I am working really hard to get to a reasonable weight for my frame. Be patient and persistent with the insurance people. You are…
-
That is definitely NOT OK. Call your surgeon or head to the ER. Have you been having gas pain?
-
@JenniferNoll I have a BMI over 30 (30.2 today, in fact), so I qualified for the surgery. =)
-
I am only five weeks out of surgery and am averaging 750ish calories a day. I keep my protein over 80g and my carbs around 40g

My diary is open. Please take a look; I would love feedback!

I was just sleeved on 8/11. A full liquid diet is just that - liquids only. You cannot have any other foods during the pre-op diet. Did your doctor and/or nutritionist not fully discuss this with you?
-
Make the choice to be better every day. It's really that easy.

Wow. He feels powerless. Men, by nature, must employ their own power to change. He doesn't have any; therefore, no motivation to change. Ease up, girl!

Glowing skin!

bump - so we keep this going.

No one told me I would still hate my body. After a 90 pound loss I have hanging, saggy yuk all over. I am looking at having a body lift and boob lift next year. I thought I would be "finished" when I lost the weight. I'm never "finished"......

You are all so right. I have thought about joining OA. I get in total denial about it and oops.....I'm 20 (or 30 or 50) pounds heavier. I am so glad I caught it early this time and, hopefully, can learn from it.
-
Ok....let's be in control. We can do this today.
-
My consolation this time is that I stopped myself before I regained all 90 pounds. I just hate that I have to lose these 13 pounds again to get to where I was just six weeks ago. HATE!!!!
