I'm 5'5 and my trainer at the gym told me my healthiest weight would be 150 pounds and 140 pounds will be extremely healthy weight. I reached 160 pounds last year before getting pregnant and i was happy with the way i looked with clothes on but definitely i need to be 150 to look good in a bikini0

I hit 155 a few months ago, and that is the heaviest I've ever been. My biggest challenges are super low energy, which keeps me from exercising, which makes me less energetic. Vicious cycle.
