Just hit 120lb lost...boooyah

Was 217 yesterday morning..celebrated with LOTS of alcohol and tater tots, was pretty fantastic. Only 17 more and then I'm in ONE-derland? Is that how that works?? Anyway, I'm pretty damn stoked!

    Honestly ive never had a great "system". I dont exercise, I just log my food as accurately as I can. Sometimes I'll eat 2200 calories in a day, sometimes 900, but usually averaged out for the week i eat about 1600 calories a day. If i get unusually hungry, or have a social thing, I dont stress in the slightest about eating 3000 calories in a day and I certainly dont think im starving to death if I eat only 1000.

    It's all a big game of trial and error and what works well for me may, or may not work for another..just have fun with it ans try lots of things!

    Tater tots for the WIN! :p Oh, Great job on the weight loss too! :laugh: I'm not much of a drinker anymore but I imagine the alcohol and tater tots were a great celebration for a fantastic victory.
