  • Thanks!! I have a Zumba 'game' as well as a few Jillian Michaels' DVDs. I also recently bought a Tae Bo DVD. I never thought about looking on Netflix for workouts!
  • Haha, I am only laughing because I had my son in July 2010 and am still trying to lose the weight! It has been quite the struggle for me, but I have started to really track my calories as well as working out and really pushing myself too! Having a baby drastically changes your body and how it works. Good Luck!!!
  • I am sending my son outside with his Dad. His Dad is able to burn some calories and I am able to eat my dinner in peace!

  • Thanks! I didn't think it was the wisest of ideas. He is always good a pushing himself too much and then getting hurt. I may do yoga and walking on my days off. Any suggestions for strength exercises?? I have some hand weights that have been collecting dust lately! Ooops!
  • Stretch before you go to bed and then again when you get up in the morning. I had to stretch this morning because I was so sore from my workout last night. I am feeling much better and am even able to play on the floor with my son which includes a lot of getting up and down and chasing!
  • Does it work for someone who really doesn't like running? Last summer I was measured for a bra and they told me I was an F-cup! I just downloaded to C25K app!!
