  • Don't get down on yourself. The first few steps are the hardest. I hated that I had gained 12 pounds plus the 10 I had already wanted to lose. It took me a long time to start working on it.

  • It can take 8-6 months to get a dress in from the designer. If you rush your dress you'll have to pay extra or you can buy off the rack. I picked mine out in December. It came in April/May.
  • I have lost 13 lbs. as of today. I have 9 lbs to go and with 3 months left until the wedding I am super motivated :) My fitting is in August and I can't wait to see how I am going to look in the dress with a slimmer body.

  • I try to add foods into my diet that are proven to support weight loss. I don't take pills. It seems like a new pill is all the rage and then you find out a year later it causes some health problem.
