I cut out almost all bread for 3 days and lost 5 pounds. I'm so happy and feel so much better that I don't care If I ever eat bread again if I can lose my weight. I hate being fat lol

well from past experience, i tryed that fat burning zone crap and didnt lose much weight. I then started working out harder and getting my heart rate up to cardio level and saw a huge increase in weight loss. I personally think its all a myth because it didnt work for me : ]

I know birth control pills do wacky things to your period but all I know is periods get lighter when you workout. That's what I noticed. It may just be the combination of the 2! lol

I have the same thing!! Just had a son and it the hanging fat on my stomach seems to be the last thing that wants to go down!! It will probably always sag but probably not that bad once you lose all your weight! Im hoping mine starts to look better to : [

I Nibble on almonds, granola bars, or anything healthy that can be taken in a baggy. I go to college alot so it is hard for me to eat also.

I LOVE chicken tenders also! :drinker: Especially the ones from burger king shaped like crowns and the ones shaped like dinosaurs :laugh: I cut those out of my diet though but maybe I can try to put shake and bake on mine :tongue:

Oh yea. Maybe you should try jillian michaels 30 day shred. I don't think its to pricey and Ive heard it about it alot on here. People seem to get great results on it. Just some advice:flowerforyou:

Yeah that is probably just one of those scams on the tv that they try to sell you. You can do all those exercises by just moving your legs up and down on the floor lol. I definitely would not invest in that though. You aren't working your body enough on that machine to really get results. : [ :huh:

I also just had a son in November and a trick i learned is after you have your baby when you are losing all the fluids and everything and dropping weight quickly, watch what you eat. I just try to eat more healthy foods but I also try to eat every 3 hours since it boosts your metabolism as does working out which will definitely help you lose weight. im about 5 10 and i think i look best at 170.i dont go by the doctors charts cuz i have a curvy body and dont want to look anorexic lol. My man also likes my curves ; ] i think if your 5 10 and 165-170 you would look great in a bikini

im not sure about metabolism benefits but i drink diet snapple peach flavor tea because it is calorie free and tastes better than water and only has 10 sodium : ]
