Well only 4 weeks till my baby boy is due and i sure have racked up the pounds...today is my 2nd day back to fitness pal after losing 25 pounds then gaining it back and then more from the baby ! : [ I was wondering if any ladies had any success stories of how they lost thier baby weight because i really need some encouragement : [ thanks guys!!! I love you all

You're going to do great. You don't have to wait until the baby gets here to start making better choices. Just eat enough for the both of you. I think it's something like your normal calories plus 500 for the baby. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. If you decide to breast feed it will come off easier too...that's a personal choice though. Most of all just take time to enjoy the baby when he gets here...that time is so short and you have a whole lifetime to lose weight. After I got over the c-section I would try to get in some exercise during nap times. It may have only been 10 minutes here and there but I got back to pre-pregnancy weight within about 6 months but I was a whopper at the end of my pregnancy...I gained something like 45 lbs I think.0
