Well hello folks, -i started 30 days shred yesterday. Goal3x times a week -I usually visit the gym on weekends(sat/sun) Goal: Abs+upper body, next day lower body *plus 30 mins cardio before strength training - Just bought a pair of roller skates. GoAl- once i learn how not to fall I'll be buying a pair of weighted gloves…

Rest day for me...2nd day tomorrow. I was feeling good, not too sore or anything but since im working out on weekends I need my rest. Lets keep it :) Good luck

I started yesterday and loved it. I manage the whole workout and just pause an overall of a min(basically cardio bits). Im planning on doing it 3 weekdays and weekends head to the gym. so feel free to add me and we will keep each other motivated. Good luck. :smile:

Definitely depends on what you do at each session. For me it will look something like this: 30 mins cardio ( treadmill, elliptical or bicycle) and 30 to 45 mins doing strength routines. I burn between 300-600 calories in about 1:15:00at normal intensity. There is also those days that I feel like kicking some stress out…
