Meal plan! I menu plan for an entire month, and then grocery shop accordingly. When i realized it wasn't hard, I started meal planning lunches for my husband to take to work, and my son to take to school. Most cook book now have portion size and calories just under the recipe. I had a hard time staying under my calories…
