I've been gone since the summer and have recently realized that I have to lose weight for myself. So...I'm here to stay. I have about 80 pounds to lose and i'm ready.

I CANNOT believe there are 2200 calories in TGI Fridays potatoe skins...there is no way I would have ever put those in my mouth...they should have calorie info on their menu!!

Hi Here goes...i joined a gym in Nov. wieghing 227lbs...didn't take it seriously, so I now weigh 235. I 've been trying really hard during the last 2 months but i've only lost 2lbs. Tae Bo make me feel silly also...I just keep going and laugh at myself along the way. No matter how off i am on the routine the great part is that i've been moving for 30 min...and i'm dead tired...so just keep it up. P.S...If you have on demand theres a great ab workout to follow...its titled abs and back...its helped me…
