no ramen please! lots of fruits and veggies (for my household of 5 i spend around $50 a week on fruits and veggies...and most even being organic!) Tuna is good and inexpensive too. Good luck!

i drink a cup every morning with a splash of organic 2% milk and stevia (which is all natural and calorie free) i spend around 20 cals per day on coffee. the rest of my drinks are green tea and water :)

I am currently on day 14 of 30ds! I took my weight and measurements on day 11 before moving on to level two.... i was already down 2.5 lbs and a total of 5 inches! after 10 days!!! i am also eating a lot better and keeping it under 1300 calories/day. i would recommend 30ds to anyone!

yes, my hubs is my best friend and we talk about everything...i tell him when i'm .1 lb lighter lol. its nice to have a cheerleader!

Hi mamas! I am 30 years old and a mama of 3 little monkeys, the youngest being 7 weeks old today. I currently weigh 166 and will be down to my pre pregnancy weight of 131 soon! Just joined this group for extra support.... we can all do this!

for the 2nd and 3rd trimester, if you type pregnancy into the search at breakfast every day, there is an item thats called "eating for pregnancy" which gives you an extra 300 calories for the day. Very cool!

you know what really seems to kick start my weight loss? i drink a lot of barely sweetened iced green tea....picks up my metabolism! are you taking vitamins? be patient...sometimes it takes a little while!
