I'm 41 and always looking for new friends, feel free to add me as well :-)

You can add me if you'd like. I eat whatever I want. I never limit myself anything, but I try to maintain portion control. I find it easier to stick to it if I don't take all my favorite foods away. I want a life change not a starvation thing for a few weeks :-D

I've been here a while. Lost some weight, got off track and gained it back, and now I'm basically starting all over again. I'm here every day and always looking for supportive friends. Feel free to add me :-)

I am so glad that we met. You are such a wonderful motivator, inspiration, and friend. I am so proud of you for your efforts, your strength, and your ability to make others feel good about themselves and their choices as well as being proud of yourself when you accomplish another goal on the list of many. You are such an…

Thanks for sharing this... I use 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter melted and an 8 oz. tub of cool whip for cupcake icing... I didn't even think to try using pudding :-D Fabulous idea!!!

I'll hit 310 tomorrow...I haven't missed a day since I started. I have friends that are higher than me almost at the 400 range.

I've done too many "diets" and failed, so this time I'm eating whatever I want, only I stick to my portion sizes and I don't go over my calories and its working. For the first time, I haven't quit. Granted it's probably taking longer for me to lose than if I was more strict, but I can live with that...and I have to,…

I listen to 90's dance and clubbing music for cardio. Jock Jams is great and Dance Mix USA and Ultimate Dance Party. I listen to Linkin Park, Metalica, Ozzy and heavy metal when I'm lifting weights. I like feel good music for walking such as Huey Lewis and the News, Tom Petty, and The Black Crows etc. etc. I listen to a…

I try to consume half of them, but I never consume them all, because I was eating so little before I started mfp its hard for me to meet the goal every day without adding the exercise calories into play. I think you need to play around with it and see what works best for you. Every person is different, you metabolism and…

I'm anything but routine... so I exercise whenever I feel like it. I figure the time of day isn't as important as the fact that you are getting it done at some point.

There are plenty of things I'd love to be able to do. I've been so out of shape for so long that I am having to start from the ground up and rebuild everything. I have asthma as well so that makes doing hard core exercising difficult but I'm really trying to work my way up. I'm hoping to get there eventually. What I want…

I had my gallbladder laproscopically removed in '93. It took me about a week to get over it, but I had complications because mine was scarred so badly it fell apart as they were removing it. I had to stay over-night in the hospital with a drain tube. What hurt me the most was the gas pains from the air they put in you…

"We make our fate every day we live." ~Henry Miller~ "A tragedy need not have blood and death; it's enough that it all be filled with that majestic sadness that is the pleasure of tragedy". ~Jean Racine~ "Every tomorrow has two handles. We can take hold of it with the handle of anxiety or the handle of faith." ~Henry Ward…

I have a treadmill and a ski machine (old school elliptical) and I burn more on the ski machine in less time. I'm wanting a bike really badly. I've heard the recumbent bikes are really good for people with back problems that can't endure the regular bike seat so you might want to look into those. I use both my treadmill…

Feel free to add me as a friend. I'll be as supportive as I can. It's hard when you first start out, especially if you have no support. MFP is fantastic, I have met some wonderfully supportive people here. Good luck on your journey!

I'm well endowed so for comfort, I do sleep in a sports bra every night. Definitely no under-wire at night though that would be horribly uncomfortable.
