I'm 6' and when I was 170-175 I wore a size 12. Even when I was 135 and very slim I was an 8.....never seen a 4 or 6....maybe when I was shorter :).

Great advice thanks. The scale is in the bathroom beside the vanity and I know I obsess about the number. One of the things I am working on along with increase of activity is to not think of a final # to work towards. Just want to feel healthy whatever that # turns out to be.
