Kittiessss <3 I love cats, I could definitely see myself as a crazy cat lady Muaha! I have two at the moment. One my husband and I rescued :) Even have a couple cat tattoos :)

Love love love Fitness Blender!!, I have to say I´ve lost almost 20 pounds just using their workouts. They have so many good videos, I guess my favorite is The HIIT Pyramid Workout and the Lower Body Toning workout. I´ve made a weekly routine using their videos. I think you will enjoy them :flowerforyou:

I feel lately like I am going through the same thing as you are. But from what I see, you have lost a lot of weight and should be very proud of all your hard work!! :D I think it is normal for people to binge once in a while, I did it quite a bit today, I feel a little guilty, but life goes on and tomorrow is a new day to…

If you go to exercises, and then ¨My exercises¨ It gives you the option to create your own. Then you can put in the T25, the duration, and calories burned. Hope this helps! :smile:

I am 5´2, right now I am at 148, would like to get to 130. I haven´t seen that weight since I was so young hehe. I know that once I hit that goal, I will aim to go a little lower around 125 range.

Thanks everyone :) I Haven´t been focusing on weights yet, I want to get down about 10 pore pounds, and then I will start at the gym, I´ve been doing most of my exercising at home which consists of mostly cardio. Great advice though :)

No I wasn´t, It is just a guesstimate. But I am assuming with the amount of exercise and her daily calorie intake that it could be possible :)

With the way that you are eating/exercising, I would say within 4-5 months. I have lost almost 20 pounds within 2.5 months doing the same type of exercising and calories as yourself. :) Good luck! :flowerforyou:
