speaking of wraps i love red onions, cooked mushrooms and lettuce....and salt for taste depending on the size of the wrap i'd say it can be under 100 or around 100 cal and the mushrooms are really filling. it takes only about five min to make (due the the mushrooms cooking.) u guys should try it

i remember i tried them once a while back and initially it slowed down my weightloss (at least that's what i'm attributing it to).....can someone explain that....is it possible for them to slow down the weight loss...ie. due to more muscles
