I’m exercising as well I do about 200 cal worth of exercise But regardless. Of if I do or don’t my cal is 1500

I eat 1500 cal Peanut butter without the bread Cheese Hot peppers Oatmeal Chicken breast Soups Shrimp Protein powder with almond milk I mean my body feels fatigued I don’t think it’s the exercise because it’s not that intense, could be sleep tho too but I get about 8 hours

I’m expecting to lose 1 lb a week I gained 2 last week and yes it is very discouraging. I ate within in my calories and worked out as planned.

That’s why I’m on a weightloss journey. I went to 212 from 110 before I even had a chance to say something. I threatened suicide and they took me off them.

I do Instagram exercises too and those really tire me out a lot. I switch them up so as not to get bored. I could try a maintenance day but I don’t have too much trouble sticking to my calories

yes i use a scale....trust me, i know how many cals i eat and it's less than my BMR and don't get me started on my exercise...but hypothetically even if i wasn't exercising...according to this defecit talk...i should be losing... i don't know why i'm not.

ok....so there was a misunderstanding some how... my metabolic resting rate is around 1500... that means my body burns that much calories a day.... this number is without exercice.... now if i'm eating less then this ...wouldnt that make me at a calorie defecit. meaning i should be losing weight , which im not am i at a…

i eat about 200 cal for breakfast 400cal sub at night or a 400 cal pizza (my weaknesses that i can't go without) and 400 through out the day
