Google says that 100g is about 100 cal The bag I bought says 35 grams is 100 calories. Is it possible that the bag means 35g before cooking it.

Those HIIT exercises that you see on Instagram of home workouts. Do they fall under cardio training or strength training. Ie. plank, squats, burpies, lunges etc

Recovery and plateaus
Are the two related and how. For example if ur doing stretches etc to help ur muscles recover better is that going to help at all with preventing plateues. I realize it can help by allowing u to make your exercises more intense But any other ways you can link the two?

calorie defecit
everyone here keeps saying as long as you're eating at a calorie defecit you should be loseing weight. does that include your resting metabolic rate because my RMR is about `1500 and i eat less than that... so why am i not losing any weight.
