what are your favorite veggies...??

mine is swiss chard...

but i have to eat it with sour cream...or else i don't like it.

    I would have a hard time picking a fav veggie since I like most all, but guess it would be a tie between Broccoli & Cauliflower. I like raw, steamed, doesn't matter.

    At the moment it's steamed broccoli with artichoke pesto and I also love kale salad with pineapple, carrots, almonds and lemon vinaigrette.
