i know it varies but generally is seasoning very low in cal.

i have a bulk barn close by and want to get a whole bunch of seasoning.....does anyone have any suggestions

    Are you asking about herbs and spices? If so, they are all good except for lots of parsley and any amount of cilantro in my opinion.

    My favs are a Cajun spice mix, cumin, cinnamon, and Italian seasoning (thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary), oh and lime and lemon juice.

    It really depends on what you are cooking or making and what flavours you like. My spouse loves more smokey mesquite flavours which are usually some sort of sauce or marinade whereas I love the more traditional herbs and spices.
