I'm not sure I am clear on your question. Usually the problem people come up with in terms of HR zones is that their HR is above the "fat burning" zone and how to lower it. Your question seems to be asking the opposite.
Frankly, zone training is only useful for certain athletic goals such and improving endurance performance or something like that. As to calorie burns what matters is total calorie burns.
In your case, you workout must be at a very low intensity to have a HR that low. I find the "fat burning" zone to barely challenge me physically. There really is no difference in 300 calories burned at your target HR as opposed to 300 burned below it except for the time you need to spend doing it. Higher intensity burns calories faster.0 -

Short answer (in the context of weight loss) nothing.........in terms of improved cardiovascular health you want to elevate your heart rate.0
