they say diet sodas or zero cal anything makes your body think it's getting food, when in fact it's not....(i've read that this leads to people eating more...because the body is asking for those calories it thought it was getting in the first place)
HOWEVER, if you don't give in and don't eat....can it boost your metabolism....because your body thinks it's getting food, it starts digesting, and it still goes through the whole digestion proccess even though u didn't feed it any actual food...u activated your metabolism without u comsuming any actual calories
does this make sense.....or is it not that simple
