metabolism pills

do they work at all.
i'd still do my exercise and diet, but could metabolism pills help even a little.

i've been stuck at my weight range for months and i've been working so hard
it's really discouraging

    Most "metabolism pills" are just stimulants that cause you to increase your heat which takes calories. It does not increase your metabolism it just increases calorie burn temporarily. In my opinion they're dangerous and you should avoid them. Just stick to a calorie deficit and exercise...
