Im 6ft2 and lose on 2100 calories. Definitely depends on your activity levels etc.

Hi Kayla! I think us taller women are lucky, people dont notice the extra weight so much. Yes paid for the meetings twice, followed the points on my own a couple more times. Eventually just went back up to starting weight on all attempts. Stuck with MFP for over a year, cheaper and easier to do :smile:

Just dont, if you carry on using the scale to measure your "progress" then expect to be dissapointed quite often Get a measuring tape or take pictures, you will feel much better about things.
