I get the sweet potato yam patties from the freezer section at the grocery store. I am from the south, so if you are from up north, the stores there may not carry them. You put them in the oven for about 10 -15 minutes; sometimes I put cinnamon and a Pam spray on it. It is really yummy and filling.

Tonight I am going to make a turkey meatloaf for dinner with sweet potato yam patties. I love yam patties because it's a quick and easy side dish, plus it curves my sweet tooth.

W2G! taking the first step is the hardest. I started C25K about 3 weeks ago and my biggest fear was "being the fat girl running", now I am like so what I am off the couch and trying to correct my health. I actually enjoy running now.

I feel the same way. When someone is using a weight I need or ball, I just move on to the next work out and come back later. I feel doing something is better than doing nothing. It's oK if you can't do them in order, just do it.

Hello everyone,..I have completed Day 1 of New Rules and will begin on workout B tomorrow. Workout A kicked my butt, especially the prone jack knife exercise (I really going to have to work on my form with that one). I really hope this will be something I can stick with for years to come.

Thx for the reply. I use YouTube for my workout videos now, but I am interested in XBOX to see if I can workout with some of my MFP friends with the XBOX. I think it would be cool to have a group work out online and be able to see everyone (avatar) work out. Thx!
