my husbands the same, he's got a nicer temperment than me, and has gorgeous thick hair which he has shaved off since he was 15! usually to a 0.5. but it's funny watching the different reaction towards him on the odd occasion that he doesn't get round to shaving it off. I have actually seen old ladies cross the street to…

buy him a set of scales an point him in the direction of the kitchen. failing that, cook like usual but get him to serve himself so he's responsible for his portion size.

i think you owe her the deposit, as it isn't her fault that your manager changed his mind. ignoring the fact she has managed to find someone to go in your place (even if she does want you to put extra towards it) don't most places have cancellation policies? surely she would have been able to cancel your place and get a…

My husband has the same problem, the only thing that seems to help him is steering clear of things that he knows upsets his stomach and just trying to eat healthy. he also drinks water like a fish and exercises. do you drink at all? I know this triggers my husbands ibs and makes his stomach swollen/sore more so with beer…

i'd like to join in too. think this might kick start me back into exercising!
-
i log it an i've lost near enough 90lbs :) i think it all just depends on the person an how active a person is, me... i'm a lazy git with my profile set to the lowest activity setting, so that is why i count it, but only if it's been over an hour. i personally don't care if people do or don't log it, or think it is/isn't…

this might sound a little sad, but i get a lot of my calcium and vitamin D from readybrek. it's advertised at kids, but i love it! and if it means i get my vitamins then i'm happy to be a big kid!! i also take boots hair, nail and skin supplements which have a lot of other vitamins in them that i need. but i do try and get…

i've got six, and mines are all fine. i think it really depends on the location.

it's not nuts, it's perfectly natural and healthy, you just need to take the time you need to grieve and when you're ready you'll stop feeling so sad about your loss, and start having good memories. it all just takes time, and everyone does it differently. all you can do is what's best for you.

i didn't lose or gain either, which isn't surprising since i've been eating horribly, and ill. congrats to everyone who has lost tho!!

i've only managed to drink 4 cups of water... but that's actually 4 cups more than usual, i'll normally just drink a couple cups of coffee/tea... so i think it's a start. did do my jumping jacks tho!!
-
i think it really depends on what you have set your activity level at, i've got mines set at the lowest, and prefer to just add in my activities by the time i've spent doing them. an i will log my house work, as it's movement above what i've set my activity level to, and it certainly hasn't stopped me from losing weight.

i've wondered this too, but i just stick with weighing my food after it's cooked an going by the packaging. i'm really craving sausages now! lol

would the same go for only having 20lbs to lose? i've got my goals set at 1.5lbs a week, but i'm lucky if i'm shifting that a month an i rarely go over my kcals. should i just concentrate on exercise an toning?
-
if you go into your goals there's a maintain option :)

i just had quorn meatballs, with a home made tomato sauce (just tinned with some garlic/onion) an a little bit rice. came to just under 300kcals. was tasty an i'm full. :)
