could anyone please tell me the name of pubs/restruants that have nutritional information on there menus?

I think Pizza Express has calorie information on its website

I noticed in Wetherspoons the other day there is a small section of meals under 500 cals and they include the nutritional information. Not a very varied choice but it's a start!0

Pizza express do a new pizza with the hole in the middle filled with salad, heard it advertised on the radio - under 500 cals!! Legera i think.0

try doing a google of the ones you might be going to, that's how i usually find them anyways!0

Bella Italia and Cafe Rouge also have a few healthy options for under 600 calories. Enjoy your meal!0 -
