  • Feel free to add me! I track all my foods everyday. :)
  • You can never trust fast food nutrition to be completely accurate but I would say it's close. If you're tracking your fast foods, exaggerate on the macros so that you know you didn't go over your daily limit.
  • You have to be in a caloric deficit in order to lose weight. You have to find your maintenance calories which is the calories you can eat to not gain/lose weight. From there, you have to subtract 500 calories and that's when you will start losing weight. Make sure to not decrease your calorie intake by more than 1000…
  • Hey man, it's great to see you making a change. I would love to help with anything needed whether it be nutrition or exercise-wise. Feel free to add me. You can see my diary if you friend me for food ideas.
  • What's your height currently? I can help you further with your diet/exercise with that info.
  • If you feel like your weight loss is stalling then you need to have a refeed day. You have to consume more carbs and keep your fats and protein intake the same so it restarts your metabolism. It should be every 6-7 days and even more frequently when you're at a lower body fat percentage. Hope this helps!
  • Try having bigger and less meals throughout the day. Your stomach growls because you are eating so little that your body is commanding for more. It's a better feeling being satisfied then full or constantly hungry.
  • I would suggest drinking at least a gallon/day (3.7L). Water doesn't really play a huge roll in being bloated because it gets excreted anyways. It's important to drink water because it plays a role in cleansing and most importantly hydration so don't be afraid to drink water! It's the best liquid you can drink.
  • Make sure to hit your macronutrients and micronutrients. They are VERY important when trying to lose/gain weight effectively.
  • Welcome Amy! I would be happy to help you with your goal to lose weight! If you don't mind sharing, what's your current weight, height and activity level (how many times do you work out/week?).
