It took me about 30 lbs. to lose my first size. Since then, it's been a steady 10-15 lbs. loss = one pants size. :-)

So motivating. We have very similar before stats (5'10" 298 lbs. starting weight), and I remember thinking...120 lbs. is crazy. There's no way I can do this. I still can't believe I'm halfway there...your story inspired me today. Thank you so much for sharing!

You are so inspiring! 75 lbs. lost is amazing! And what a difference in your face! I agree...you look younger now (and a lot happier too!).

I have & love my running pack (sort of like a fanny pack but super small and stretchy). I found it at TJMaxx for $10.

I registered for my first half marathon in 2014! I will probably be in tears at the finish line...such an exciting thought! Oh, and I'll totally be that person with a 13.1 magnet on their car. :-)

Sweets! Pretty much any baked good, chocolate and ice cream. My sweet tooth is dangerous!

I did, and it's a great program! Got me hooked on running! :-)

Family members noticed around 30 lbs. Coworkers noticed around 50 lbs. :-)

I'm nowhere close to my goal weight right now, but my personal goal is between 170-180 lbs (a number my doctor gave me). I'm 5'10". :-)

I was very close to 300 when I started (298), and I had to do week 1 twice, but I was fine. It's OK to repeat weeks if needed...
