Hi there, I am new too, but certaintly not new to trying to lose weight lol! I find this site awesome, it is a great way to keep track of what you are actually eating, and nice to know the calories you have burned for exercising, good luck!

Hi all, I was wondering what everyone eats before exercising, I find I need something before I do or I am really weak and slugggish, any ideas out there? I do the curves 30 minute circuit, along with a 20 miute walk there and back. How about fiber or protien bars? Thanks.

I weigh myself once a week on the same day, I weighed myself everyday before and let me tell ya, it is not a good idea, get crazy! lol! I find once a week works for me.
